"I purchased a 2010 Yamaha FX HO Waverunner in August of last year. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Other dealers made promises and added on a bunch of fees when I got there. After visiting Monmouth Cycles and working with Jamie and Matt I was completely satisfied in getting the best possible deal. They were patient, informative and helpful throughout the whole purchase process. They walked me through the preventative maintenance process, winterization and even helped me with my trailer.

"It was four am and I had been driving 12 hours from Atlanta when I had pulled over for a little cat nap, I began to wonder if I made a big mistake? Driving all the way to New Jersey to buy a motorcycle, I have never drove that far to buy anything , Again what was thinking?
You see I found this Yamaha Roadliner on line and it appeared to be a great deal, it was the color I was looking for and price was right, at least it appeared to be! The question was, would they jerk me around when got there? That was the big question going through my mind at 4 am.
I got up the next day drove the rest of the way and 4 hours later I was in Monmouth’s parking lot in NJ.
I met (Brian) the salesman and (Omar) the manager of the dealership we set down and talked for a little bit while they got the bike ready to go, even they could not believe I drove that far. In just a short time everything was done, just as promised over the phone, I couldn’t believe it. I had been jerk around so many times in my life by dealers just wanting to get you in the door that I was in disbelief.
Not only did these guys give me a great deal on the bike, they give gave me a great on the Bags, Custom Foot Pegs, Backrest for wife Etc.
Once again I would like to say thanks for the great service you give when bought my new bike.

"I found out 4 days before I was to leave for Lake George bike week that my 1999 Kaw Vulcan Drifter need both tires badly. I know I was short for time. So I brought my bike in and they took care of it the very next day. Thanks to Big Ed. He did a great job. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I have 2 other bikes and a Jet Ski. I think I just found a new home for all my repairs. Once again thanks for all you great service."

"I just purchased a used 2000 Yamaha 250 Timberwolf 4x4. I called one day, spoke to a salesman named Matt. I told him what I was looking for and he told me they just got a trade-in but it was'nt prep yet. I went to see it that night after work, told Matt what I wanted to pay, then with Omar's help the deal was done. "Out the Door" with NO bullsh>> Matt was a man of his word and Omar (who I made a deal with 5 months ago on a New Honda 70 dirt bike ) did everything he could to make the deal.
Howie Mandell thinks he makes good DEALS HUH???
